Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI software for the design of physical systems. You will help develop an agent-driven product for engineering and simulation workflows, taking ownership of features from early ideas through production and helping the team ship more effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Work with a frontend engineer to improve the product interface and remove bottlenecks to production releases.

  • Take on increasingly backend-focused full stack work, including features, infrastructure, and systems.

  • Own work end to end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and reliability.

  • Establish practical best practices for development with AI coding agents.

  • Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers and AI researchers to prototype and refine product ideas for industrial users.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to ten years of experience as a software or full stack engineer, including work at a startup or early-stage company.

  • Experience taking products or major features from concept to production, with strong ownership and adaptability as priorities change.

  • Strong backend skills, solid mid-level frontend capabilities, and experience with .NET, React, and TypeScript.

  • Comfort using AI coding agents extensively, and the ability to review and debug their output.

  • Experience owning architecture, deployment, and reliability across the development lifecycle.

  • Interest in physical systems, engineering design, CAD, or simulation. Experience beyond computer vision, robotics, or self-driving is relevant.

  • Based in the United States or Canada and authorized to work there without visa sponsorship.
