About the Role
Join a founding engineering team building cybersecurity infrastructure for enterprise AI systems. You will help create the systems that collect activity data and detect or prevent failures in AI agents, working closely with customers and shaping the platform's technical direction.
What You'll Do
Own features end to end, from design through production deployment with enterprise customers.
Build data infrastructure to ingest high-volume, varied telemetry from endpoint, network, identity, and AI model systems.
Design real-time detection and policy enforcement for emerging AI agent failure modes.
Work directly with customers during evaluations and deployments, adapting and shipping features as needed.
Train small models to make fast decisions against behavioral baselines under tight latency requirements.
Test models and agents for prompt injection, tool misuse, data exfiltration, and scope drift.
Contribute to platform architecture and technical direction.
What We're Looking For
0 to 5 years of software engineering experience, including internships, with backend or full-stack production engineering experience.
Strong backend and systems fundamentals, including experience with distributed systems, infrastructure, or streaming data pipelines.
Experience shipping production systems in high-caliber engineering environments; startup experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Go or Rust, cloud infrastructure, and real-time data systems.
Cybersecurity, security engineering, red-teaming, applied machine learning, model post-training, or fine-tuning experience is valuable.
Strong computer science fundamentals; competitive programming, quantitative engineering, or customer-facing engineering experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $160,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
